With AZULARENA you will gain freedom, earning more, and without worries. We can free you from the work and worry of having to manage your advert, all the communication with guests, check-in and check-out, attending to them before, during and after their stay, cleaning and preparing the flat, including changing bed and bath linen. We have professionals for the maintenance of the flats in case of breakdowns or problems that may arise during the stay. And above all, we help you maximise your income thanks to our experience in the sector, dynamic management of rates and excellent ratings from satisfied guests.

Your income depends on various factors, such as the location of the holiday home, the number of weeks you rent it, the condition of the holiday property, the proximity to the beach and amenities, the surroundings and even the season of the year in which the property is rented. We will fix the prices for the season in a personalised meeting.

The agreed price will be paid by bank transfer to the indicated account. The payment will be made when the platform where the booking is made (whether Airbnb, Booking, Expedia…) makes the payment. It can be at the moment or it can take a few days, this depends on the platform, the day the booking is made, etc.

Dedicating your property to holiday rentals requires a great deal of time and effort, finding the right price group for the rental seasons, promoting the holiday property in a multitude of media, managing bookings, answering customer queries and resolving any problems that may occur after the stay, are some of the tasks to be managed.

We take care of every aspect of the promotion of your property. We also ensure that your holiday home is professionally photographed and carefully described for our clients.

You will be notified by email and Whatsapp. We will keep you informed at all times of the details of each booking.

We cannot guarantee a minimum monthly income, but rest assured that we will work as hard as possible to maximise the income from your home.
